I need to say A BIG thank to my friend, our realtor, Vickie Mitchell. She is the one who held our hands through the ghastly (lol, I can laugh now 'cause it's over) journey of buying a house that's part of an estate sale. Crikey, these people, 2 sisters and a brother honest to God had no clue what they were doing, what they wanted or even what their friggin' bottom dollar was! True story!!! If I told you how long negotiations went on for you wouldn't believe me but let me assure you it was an emotional roller coaster, for everyone on our team at least, Vickie included! This was a test and we survived it team!!!! Thanks SO much to my amazing man Chris and our buddy Vickie!!  We did it!  One day (very soon) we're going to drink wine and tell stories about how we won.

Vickie Mitchell was a great asset to us when we decided to change up our home. We called on her to sell our property and she jumped right in and did just that!

Vickie gave us the best exposure for selling our property. She did an amazing brochure for our home, got in a great photographer for the online viewing and ensured that all was in perfect order.  Vickie went the extra mile with having Open House right away and touring our home with her peers for maximum viewing!

We really appreciated all that Vickie did for helping us achieve our dreams and goals!
